硫糖铝联合法莫替丁对急性胃炎的治疗效果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of sucralfate combined with famotidine in the treatment of acute gastritis. Methods:100 cases with acute gastritis were selected from 2011 to 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with famotidine,while the observation group were treated with famotidine combined with sucralfate.We analyzed and compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After 1 course of treatment,in the observation group,the total efficiency of treatment was 96%.In the control group,the total efficiency of treatment was 66%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of sucralfate combined with famotidine in the treatment of acute gastritis is significant.关键词
