摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of operation internal fixation for the treatment of Hoffa fracture. Methods:36 cases with Hoffa fracture were selected from June 2011 to June 2013.They were treated with internal fixation operation. We compared and analyzed the clinical efficacy. Results:In 36 cases of Hoffa fracture patients, the average operation time was (53.21±1.14)minutes.The mean blood loss was (156.32±2.03)ml.There was no cases of postoperative incision infection and broken nails and other complications. After 3 months of follow-up,the Letenneur knee function evaluation:12 cases were excellent,9 cases were good,12 cases were moderate,3 cases were poor, the excellent and good rate was 58.33%.After 9 months of follow-up,the Letenneur knee function evaluation:18 cases were excellent,11 cases were good,7 cases were moderate, the excellent and good rate was 80.57%.The excellent and good rate had significant difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).A year after the operation, the X-ray films showed fracture healing was good. There was no screw loosening and fracture and so on. Conclusion:The application of operation internal fixation for the treatment of Hoffa fracture can be very good to promote fracture healing. The effect is significant. The security is high.关键词
