摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of pefloxacin combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis.Methods:According to the treatment plan,60 cases with cervicitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group were treated with intravenous drip of clarithromycin and external use of iodine glycerin.The treatment group were treated with intravenous drip of clarithromycin and pefloxacin.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%. The total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The clinical curative effects between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pefloxacin combined with clarithromycin can effectively reduce inflammation of the diseased parts of patients.It has a satisfying curative effect.关键词
