Experience in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with disulfiram reaction
摘要
Abstract
Coronary heart disease combined with disulfiram reaction incidence increased year by year,the clinical prone to misdiagnosis.We should ask for details of the history,to make definitive diagnosis.At the same time of the general symptomatic treatment,we should pay more attention to the control of blood pressure,heart rate,maintain emotional stability,reduce myocardial oxygen consumption,reduce anginal attack and sudden cardiac death and other serious consequences.At the same time,the medical staff should strengthen the theoretical study,and do a good job of disulfiram reaction preventive education work.关键词
