角膜异物剔除术后联用贝复舒及左氧氟沙星的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of Bei Fushu eye drops combined with levofloxacin eye drops after the corneal foreign body removal operation in corneal wound healing.Methods:64 cases(64 eyes) with the corneal foreign body removal operation were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into average two groups.The control group were treated with levofloxacin eye drops.The treatment group were given Bei Fushu eye drops on the basis of the control group.We observed the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,23 cases were cured,8 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the effective rate of treatment was 96.88%.In the control group,15 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate of treatment was 78.12%.The differences of the two groups was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the corneal foreign body removal operation,the treatment of Bei Fushu eye drops and levofloxacin eye drops can improve the clinical efficacy,so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
