经尿道钬激光切除与经尿道等离子体电切治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床疗效比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of transurethral holmium laser resection and transurethral plasmakinetic energy in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.Methods:65 cases with superficial bladder tumor were selected.25 cases were treated with HOLRBT surgery.40 cases were treated with TURBT surgery.We compared the clinical data of two groups of patients. We compared the average operation time,indwelling catheter time,postoperative hospitalization time,bladder irrigation time,the number of cases of obturator nerve reflex,the number of cases of bladder perforation,the short-term tumor recurrence after operation and other indicators.Results:The average operation time and postoperative short-term tumor recurrence of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Indwelling catheter time,postoperative hospitalization time,bladder irrigation time, the number of cases of obturator nerve reflex,the number of cases of bladder perforation were significantly less than that in TURBT group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumor is exact.The operation is simple.The safety is high.The complication is less.So it is an ideal method for treatment of superficial bladder tumor.关键词
