参松养心胶囊治疗肺心病心律失常的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Shen Song Yang Xin capsule in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods:60 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary heart disease accompanied by arrhythmia were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given Shen Song Yang Xin capsule on the basis of routine treatment.The control group were given general treatment,including oxygen therapy,anti infection, antiasthmatic and expectorant and so on,and added amiodarone.Period of treatment was 28 days.We observed the clinical symptoms and dynamic ECG.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 86.7%(26/30).In the control group,the total efficiency was 76.67%(22/30).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shen Song Yang Xin capsule in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease arrhythmia is safe and effective.关键词
