摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of application of Fu Zheng Jie Du decoction after trigeminal neuralgia operation. Methods:The cases with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into A group and B group.They were given retrosigmoid approach microvascular decompression treatment.After operation,A group were given routine anti-inflammatory treatment.B group were given Fu Zheng Jie Du decoction treatment in addition to conventional anti-inflammatory treatment.The different of curative effects of the two groups was observed and statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the Changhai pain rating scale and facial sensory scores of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The herpes labiali scores and the hospital stay were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of Fu Zheng Jie Du decoction after trigeminal neuralgia operation can reduce the incidence rate of herpes labialis,shorten the hospital stay,and promote the rehabilitation.The application after trigeminal neuralgia operation has the effects of strengthening the body resistance,tonic,attenuation,and efficiency.关键词
