Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of alprostadil combined with Shu Xue Tong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the alprostadil combined with Shu Xue Tong injection group(combined group) and the control group with 40 cases in each.We evaluated the barthel index,improved rankin scale and reduced the national institutes of health stroke scale percentage after treatment of the two groups,and analyzed the difference of clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the BI and reduced NIHSS percentage of combined group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),while mRS was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of alprostadil combined with Shu Xue Tong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can achieve the coordination effect,and it can effectively improve the neurological function defect degree.关键词
