中医治疗肠易激综合征的临床观察
Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods:100 cases with irritable bowel syndrome were selected from 2011 to 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with routine western medicine treatment. The observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The clinical curative effect and abdominal pain, abdominal distension duration,stool frequency after treatment of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94%,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 82.0% .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal pain and abdominal distension duration of patients in the two groups were shortened,and the stool frequency was significantly decreased.The improved degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the process of the treatment,there was no adverse reaction which difficult to tolerate in the two groups.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome has better clinical curative effect,and no serious adverse reaction.Its security is high.It is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
