Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship of heart failure patients with abnormal cardiac structure in ultrasonic heartbeat diagram and NT-proBNP and clinical significance,to evaluate the prognosis of the disease.Methods:800 cases with heart failure were selected from January 2012 to May 2014.We compared and analyzed the relationship of heart failure patients with abnormal cardiac structure in ultrasonic heartbeat diagram and NT-proBNP in different patients and evaluated the prognosis of the disease. Results:Through the experiment,the levels of plasma NT-proBNP had positive correlation with the heart function in patients with heart failure.The more serious of the degree of heart failure,the higher of the level of NT-proBNP(P<0.05).Moreover,the plasma NT-proBNP level was negatively correlated with LVEF(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between the level of plasma NT-proBNP and degree of heart failure,and it can be used as diagnostic standard of heart failure.关键词
