Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasound monitoring point injection and massage treatment neck source headache diameter changes velocity of blood flow of vertebral artery before and after treatment.Methods:75 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.40 cases in the treatment group were treated with point injection and massage therapy.35 cases in the control group were treated with puerarin injection infusion and flunarizine,and monitored vertebral artery and blood rheological parameters by ultrasonography.Results:The total effectiveness of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupoint injection and massage treatment in the treatment of neck source headache is curative effect. The application of color doppler ultrasonic observation is curative effect, science and simple.关键词
