Abstract
Objective:To explore the observation of application and the influence on prognosis of early nursing intervention in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:75 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected from January 2011 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group(35 cases,routine nursing service) and the observation group(40 cases,on the basis of routine nursing emphasizes that the early nursing intervention) according to the effect of nursing intervention,we compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:After 6 weeks effective nursing intervention,the ADL score of the observation group increased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.01).The prognosis rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:If we give the early nursing intervention for patients with cerebral hemorrhage,it can improve patients activities of daily living and improve the prognosis,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
