心理护理干预对冠心病患者焦虑抑郁情绪影响的分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention for patients of coronary heart disease with negative emotions.Methods:100 cases with coronary heart disease were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing(simple health education,dietary guidance,discharge guidance and so on).The observation group received the psychological nursing intervention based on routine nursing.We observed the negative emotion situation of two groups before and after nursing intervention,and assessed the anxiety and depression of patients by using self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale.Results:In the control group,we compared the anxiety and depression scores before and after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).We compared the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group after the intervention and the anxiety and depression scores of the control group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression mood of patients with coronary heart disease.It is helpful for clinical treatment,and it can improve the clinical treatment effect.关键词
