Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention of health management in patients with hyperuricemia. Methods:150 cases with hyperuricemia were selected from May 2010 to February 2013.All of them were given the health management intervention.We evaluated the health knowledge rate before and after the intervention and the changes of the blood uric acid,blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid and body mass index.Results:After the intervention,the awareness rate of the concept,harm,risk factors,diet,lifestyle,exercise,drug interactions,related knowledges of hyperuricemia were increased.The serum uric acid,cholesterol,triglyceride,body mass index decreased significantly.There was statistical significance before and after contrast difference(P<0.05).Conclution:The effect of comprehensive intervention of health management in patients with hyperuricemia is significantly.It can significantly enhance the awareness rate of health knowledge of patients,improve the living habits,and contribute to the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.关键词
