Clinical observation of trimetazidine combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease unstable angina.Methods:90 cases with senile coronary heart disease unstable angina were selected from January 2012 to July 2013.They were divided into 3 groups.The ① control group were treated with conventional treatment.The ② control group were treated with trimetazidine on the basis of conventional.The experimental group were treated with trimetazidine combined with rosuvastatin.3 groups were treated for 2 months.The indicators were checked and given related record.The clinical curative effect of 3 groups were compared.Results:The experimental group compared with two control group,the clinical indicators were improved obviously after treatment.The duration of angina pectoris and the frequency of angina pectoris attack were all decreased.The angina pectoris intensity was slightly reduced.The proportion of abnormal ECG was decreased.The effective rate was significantly improved.The curative effect of the ② control group was slightly better than that of the ① control group,and was inferior than that of the experimental group.Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with rosuvastatin can be used for the treatment of senile coronary heart disease unstable angina.Its effect is better,so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
