Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease.Methods:120 cases with hypertensive heart disease were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with valsartan.The observation group were treated with valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide.Then compare clinical therapeutic effect,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,ultrasonic electrocardiogram and adverse reaction in two groups.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 96.67%,and in the control group was 71.67%.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.When compared with pretherapy,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of two groups both decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference were statistically significant,P<0.05.The observation group decreased more obviously than the control group,and the difference were statistically significant,P<0.05.When compared with pretherapy,ultrasound ECG indexes of two groups both decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference were statistically significant,P<0.05.The rate of adverse reaction of the observation groups was 6.67%,and that of the control group was 10%.There was no statistical significance, P>0.05,.Conclusion:Valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease achieved an significant effect,It can improved the cardiac function of patients.So it has important value in clinical treatment of hypertensive heart disease.关键词
