Abstract
Objective:To compare the recent curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) and lavage drainage(CCD) in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis.Methods:40 cases with chronic osteomyelitis were selected.After radical debridement,they were given VSD(20 cases) and CCD(20 cases) treatment.We compared the conversion time of bacterial culture for secretion,washing time,wound healing time,hospitalization time,and observed the effect of the two groups.Results:40 cases with wounds were healed and discharged.In the conversion time of bacterial culture for secretion,the flushing time,wound healing time,hospitalization time, the excellent and good rate,recurrence rate,VSD was better than CCD.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis,after radical debridement,compared with lavage drainage,VSD could significantly control wound infection,reduce antibiotic usage,improve local blood circulation reduce local edema,promote the growth of granulation tissue,be conducive to wound healing,shorten the course of disease,improve the cure rate of chronic osteomyelitis,and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
