艾司西酞普兰和氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床效果及对抑郁症患者认知功能障碍的影响
The clinical effect of aisciplan and fuxiting in treatment of depression and in the impairment of cognitive dysfunction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of aisciplan and fuxiting in treatment of depression and in the impairment of cognitive dysfunction.Methods:80 cases with depression were selected from January 2010 to January 2011.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The experimental group were given medicine of aisciplan.The control group were given medicine of fuxiting.Then compare the clinical efficacy of two groups,observe and compare the situation of cognitive impairment mitigation.Results:Compared the treatment effect of patients by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD17),scores in two groups were decreased,in contrast,the experimental group declined more than in the control group. Compared the effective rate in the first weeks and eighth weeks of treatment,the effective rate in the experimental group were 18%and 80% .In the control group were 3% and 70% .The difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).In addition,through comparing the cognitive function of patients by Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),cognitive function were improved in two groups,but the difference had no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Aisciplan in the treatment of depression had significantly clinical effect,fast acting and high efficiency,so it is worthy of popularization in clinical.关键词
