Curative effect analysis of valaciclovir combined with foscarnet sodium in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect and application value of valaciclovir combined with foscarnet sodium in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes.Methods:92 cases with recurrent genital herpes were selected from June 2010 to June 2013. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 46 cases in each.The control group were given valacyclovir treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group combined with foscarnet sodium treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the total treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the stopping herpes time and escharosis time were shorter.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using valaciclovir combined with foscarnet sodium in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes has reliable curative effect.It can shorten the stopping herpes time and escharosis time.It is worth of promoting in clinical use.关键词
