目的：分析不同模式和功率的高频电刀对扁桃体组织产生热损伤方面的临床特点，以降低高频电刀在治疗扁桃体时造成的损伤。方法：2012年2月-2013年12月收治扁桃体切除术治疗患者120例，随机将其分成3组，各40例。在对患者进行治疗时采用电凝模式和电切模式，1组功率15 W和20 W，2组功率25 W和30 W，3组的功率35 W和40 W。观察各电凝和电切模式下不同功率对扁桃体组织产生的热损伤情况。结果：电凝和电切这两种模式下的功率20～25 W时…查看全部>>
