奥曲肽联合云南白药治疗急性上消化道出血45例临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of octreotide combined with Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:90 cases with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from April 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 45 cases in each.The control group were given static drop of 40 mg pantoprazole.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group were given slow intravenous injection of 0.1 mg octreotide injection,followed by 25 μg/hour continuous infusion,at the same time,oral 1.5 g Yunnan Baiyao,3 times/day.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%.The total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Octreotide combined with Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding has significant effect.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
