Abstract
Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the curative effect and complications of Foley tube as the minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy postoperative nephrostomy tube.Methods:168 cases with minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy were selected from 1 March 2011 to 31 December 2012.According to types of postoperative nephrostomy tube,they were randomly divided into Foley tube group(82 cases) and the normal nephrostomy tube group(86 cases).The postoperative bleeding time,the drop-out value of hemoglobin,the blood transfusion rate,the bleeding rate of needing to intervene, the pain scores(VAS value) of 2 and 5 days after operation of two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative bleeding time and drop-out value of hemoglobin of Foley tube group were lower than those of the normal nephrostomy tube group(P<0.05).The pain scores(VAS value) of 2 days after operation,the blood transfusion rate and the bleeding rate of needing to intervene had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The pain scores(VAS value) of 5 days after operation was higher than that of the normal nephrostomy tube group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Foley tube as the nephrostomy tube can reduce the minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy postoperative bleeding,but it is not suitable for treating large renal arterial injury.Its indwelling catheter time is long and it will aggravate the pain.关键词
