Abstract
Objective:To investigate the gradual rehabilitation nursing care effect applicated after coronary stent implantation. Methods:126 cases with intracoronary stent implantation were selected from January 2012 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 63 cases in each.The control group were given conventional nursing. The observation group were given early progressive rehabilitation nursing care on the basis of conventional nursing,including health education,psychological adjustment,diet guidance and progressive rehabilitation.Nursing intervention time was 12 months in two groups.Then compare the physiological detection results,the body mass index,blood pressure,blood lipid exercise intensity, chest tightness,seizure frequency and ejection fraction in two groups after 12 months.Results:After 12 months,the body mass index, blood pressure,blood lipid,ejection fraction,exercise tolerance,chest tightness and attack times of the observation group were superior than those of the control group,and the diference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The progressive rehabilitative nursing can help patients with cardiac rehabilitation after coronary stent implantation.The clinical effect was satisfactory.It can significantly improve the level of cardiac rehabilitation and the quality of patients life,and it is easily to be accepted by patients and no adverse reaction.So it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
