摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the root cause analysis(RCA) to improve the safety and quality of disinfection supply room, reduce security risks.Methods:Through retrospective analysis and investigation factural security risk problem,we find out the proximal cause of the problem,formulate a series of countermeasures and improvement measures,compare security risks quality before and after application of root cause analysis.Results:After application of root cause analysis,the failure rate of lumen class equipment cleaning quality decreases from 11.23% to 0.63%.The incidence rate of wet package decreases from 18% to 0.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of discrepancy of foreign equipment label and instrument was 0.Conclusion:Application of root cause analysis can effectively implement the continuous quality improvement, improve safety risk consciousness of staff,reduce the occurrence of disinfection supply room security risks.关键词
