Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of kelinao in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with myocardial ischemia,to provide reference for selection of clinical treatment scheme.Methods:76 cases with diabetes mellitus complicated with myocardial ischemia were selected from February 2012 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 38 cases in each.All cases were treated with improving myocardial blood supply and other conventional treatment and control of blood glucose.On this basis,the treatment group were treated with kelinao 240 mg+5%glucose 250 ml+Novolin R 4U for intravenous infusion,1 time/day,for 14 days.We observed therapeutic effect and hemodynamic indexes of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the electrocardiogram curative effect was obviously better than that of the control group.The hemodynamic examination of the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment,and it was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of kelinao in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with myocardial ischemia is satisfactory,and the adverse reaction is small,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
