清开灵注射液治疗上呼吸道感染疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of using antibiotics or without using antibiotics in the treatment of upper respiratory infection.Methods:88 cases with upper respiratory infection were selected from May 2012 to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The control group were treated with azithromycin treatment.The observation group were treated with Qing Kai Ling injection treatment.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 95.5%. The treatment total effective rate of the control group was 97.7%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the observation group was 6.82%.That of the control group was 40.91%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qing Kai Ling injection in the treatment of upper respiratory infection can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.At the same time,it can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction.It is safe and effective.So it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
