老年人上消化道穿孔手术治疗效果观察
Curative effect observation of elderly upper gastrointestinal perforation operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of elderly upper gastrointestinal perforation operation.Methods:60 cases with elderly upper gastrointestinal perforation operation were selected from December 2012 to February 2014.Their operation data and clinical treatment methods were comprehensively and retrospectively analyzed.The requirements and matters needing attention of clinical operative treatment were summarized.Results:Through different operative treatment methods,the cure rate could reach 92% .It improved the living quality of patients in a large extent.Conclusion:The patients with elderly upper gastrointestinal perforation operation are sure to make timely diagnosis,and the operation timing is accurately grasped.In the choice of operation methods,we should carry on the operation analysis according to the actual situation of patients.It can reduce the mortality rate of the clinical operation,and can effectively ensure the health of patients.关键词
