低位直肠癌保肛手术68例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of anus preserving operation for low rectal cancer.Methods:68 cases with low rectal cancer who were treated with anus preserving operation were selected from January 2004 to January 2011.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:1 case died after operation.3 cases of anastomotic fistula.4 cases of incision infection. no fecal incontinence and anastomotic stenosis.They were followed up for 3 years,3 cases of local recurrence,three years survival rate was 70.6%.Conclusion:Local recurrence rate and survival rate of patients with low rectal cancer had no obvious difference between anus preserving operation and miles operation,so anus preserving operation can be used as the preferred type of operation of low rectal cancer.关键词
