产后出血的原因及防治临床观察
Clinical observation of the causes and prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes and preventive measures of postpartum hemorrhage,in order to provide basis for clinical postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:67 cases with postpartum hemorrhage were selected from November 2009 to November 2013.We retrospectively analyzed their clinical datas.Results:In 67 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients, 40 cases were placental factors(59.7%).20 cases were uterine inertia factors(29.9%).7 cases were soft birth canal injury factors(10.4%).After corresponding treatment such as drug treatment,vaginal repair suture,hysterectomy and other measures later could stop the bleeding,and the effect was significant.Conclusion:The main cause of maternal postpartum hemorrhage are uterine inertia,placenta factor,injury of soft birth canal and coagulation function and so on.Mothers should do production inspection.We must vigilance the risk factors for bleeding.For the different bleeding,we must make corresponding measures to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,to maximize the reduction of maternal mortality.关键词
