Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of treatment of breast conserving operation for breast cancer patients in the early stage. Methods:48 cases with early breast cancer were selected from November 2011 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into the group A and group B.24 cases in group A were treated with radical resection.24 cases in group B were treated with breast conserving operation.We observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In group B,operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the group A;the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than group A;treatment satisfaction was higher than that of group A;recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate were lower than group A.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of breast conserving operation for breast cancer patients in the early stage is better;intraoperative bleeding is less;the treatment is fast;treatment satisfaction is high;the rate of recurrence and distant metastasis after operation are lower.关键词
