良性卵巢肿瘤行腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗的疗效观察
Observation of the curative effect of benign ovarian tumor laparoscopic operation and open operation treatment

Abstract
Objective:Comparative analysis of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy in the treatment of benign ovarian tumor treatment.Methods:62 cases with benign ovarian tumor were selected from May 2012 to January 2014.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method with 31 cases in each group.The control group received laparotomy operation treatment.The study group received laparoscopic excision of benign tumor treatment.We compared two groups of patients,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,operation exhaust time,hospitalization time and other indicators.Results:The efficacy study group was significantly better than that of the control group.The amount of bleeding,operation time, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were lower than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation for benign ovarian tumor significantly effect,high security.关键词
