硫酸镁与孟鲁司特联合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with montelukast therapy in children with bronchial asthma.Methods:142 children with bronchial asthma were selected from February 2011 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 71 cases in each.The control group were given magnesium sulfate treatment.The study group were given magnesium sulfate combined with montelukast therapy.The relevant informations of two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results:The common clinical manifestations were dry cough,allergic rhinitis,difficulty breathing, heart failure,and facial edema.The improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions such as dizziness,vomiting,constipation, rash and diarrhea had no obvious difference that compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of magnesium sulfate combined with montelukast therapy in children with bronchial asthma is more significant.It is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
