The relationship between endoscopic features of peptic ulcer and traditional Chinese medicine of epigastric pain

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between endoscopic features of peptic ulcer and traditional Chinese medicine of epigastric pain.Methods:303 cases with peptic ulcer were selected from August 2011 to March 2014.Statistical analysis of their clinical data.Results:There was no differences between different kinds of peptic ulcer and various types of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(P>0.05),and the difference between different stages of ulcer and various types of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is a certain relationship between the gastroscopy of peptic ulcer and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of differentiation type of epigastric pain.Mucosal endoscopy can enrich the information of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide objective index for strong clinical syndrome,in order to better understanding of differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome syndrome of peptic ulcer.关键词
