通窍活血汤加减治疗顽固性偏头痛的临床观察
Clinical observation of Tong Qiao Huo Xue decoction adjusted in the treatment of refractory migraine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tong Qiao Huo Xue decoction adjusted in the treatment of refractory migraine.Methods:47 cases were randomly divided into two groups.24 cases in the treatment group were treated with adjusted of Tong Qiao Huo Xue decoction.23 cases in the control group were treated with symptomatic treatment with western medicine.Results:The cure rate of treatment group was 58.3%,and the total efficiency was 91.7%.In the control group,the cure rate was 26.1%,and the total efficiency was 60.9%.The cure rate and the total efficiency was statistically differente between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tong Qiao Huo Xue decoction adjusted in the treatment of refractory migraine has better clinical curative effect.关键词
