Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of X-ray and CT diagnosis of chest trauma with pulmonary hemorrhage,to further improve the correct diagnosis rate.Methods:60 cases with chest traumatic pulmonary hemorrhage were selected from March 2012 to December 2013.All cases were examined with X-ray plain film and CT examination.Results:In 60 cases,7 cases(11.7%) were pulmonary hemorrhage;10 cases(16.7%) were traumatic lung cyst;22 cases(36.7%) were pulmonary parenchymal consolidation;21 cases(35% ) were interstitial lung changes.They all showed the X-ray and CT findings of the corresponding.Conclusion:For chest trauma patients,patients should accept the X-ray and CT examination as soon as possible.It is of important significance to the diagnosis of chest trauma with pulmonary hemorrhage.关键词
