Abstract
Objective:To analyse nursing experience on the treatment of laparoscopic operation resection on patients with gallstone and cholecystitis.Methods:60 cases with the treatment of laparoscopic operation were selected from May 2011 to December 2013.We retrospectively analyzed their treatment data.All the cases received laparoscopic operation,and were given careful nursing in peri operation period.Then summarize the nursing methods.Results:Among 60 cases,11 cases were transferred to open operation,1 cases had drainage tube hemorrhage,3 cases of bile duct injury,4 cases of biliary fistula,urinary system infection,pulmonary infection and incision infection,an the rate was 6.67% .The treatment was successful without recurrence. Conclusion:The treatment of laparoscopic operation resection on patients with gallstone and cholecystitis had a good effect. Nursing care in peri operation period can significantly promote early rehabilitation,and reduce the risk of recurrence.关键词
