摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the use and treatment of antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients with hypertension,and to provide guidance for the establishment of a effective clinical treatment.Methods:80 elderly patients with hypertension were selected from February 2013 to February 2014.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical treatment effects and the occurrence of adverse reaction of different types of antihypertensive drugs were summarized.Results:The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure stability of captopril group were more significant.The control rates respectively were 95.3% and 94.6%.Conclusion:In the clinical,we can choose antihypertensive drugs with blood pressure diet,life adjustment to stabilize the blood pressure of elderly patients with hypertension,to improve the patient's life.关键词
