乡镇卫生院门诊抗菌药物使用分析
Analysis of the use of antibacterial drugs in outpatient services of township health center

Abstract
Objective:To explore the use of antibacterial drugs in outpatient services of township health center,and to provide reference for clinical rational use of antimicrobial drugs in primary hospital.Methods:According to the "Guiding principles for clinical application of Antibacterials",2000 prescriptions were randomly selected from January to April 2014.We analyzed these data with statistical method.Results:In 2000 prescriptions with statistics,the use of antimicrobial prescription proportion was 56.4%.Two drug ratio was high(47%).In the use of antimicrobial agents,cephalosporins and nitroimidazole were predominantly, respectively 33.7% and 22.5% .Conclusion:Antimicrobial drug use is unreasonable,and the problems are more.We need to strengthen the training of medical personnel with business knowledge,strengthen management,and promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents.关键词
