摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze main associated risk factors and their effect on prognosis of cerebral infarction.Methods:35 cases with cerebral infarction were selected from March 2011 to March 2013.The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed to specify the related factors of cerebral infarction.Results:The risk factors of cerebral infarction included age,diabetes,smoking, hyperlipidemia,hypertension,atrial fibrillation.Patients with more than 60 years had the largest proportion(74.3% ).The familial inheritance had the least proportion(14.3%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The main risk factors associated with cerebral infarction were hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,smoking and so on.The effective control of these risk factors will help to improve the prognosis of disease.关键词
