腹股沟疝气的不同手术治疗方式效果探析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of different operation treatment methods for inguinal hernia.Methods:120 cases with inguinal hernia were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with traditional hernia repair.The observation group were treated with hernia ring filling type without tension hernia repair.The postoperative complication,operation time,recurrence rate of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication and the recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hernia ring filling type without tension hernia repair in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia not only has simple operation,quick recovery,small suffering pain of patients,but also has low postoperative recurrence rate.It is very important significance.It is worthy of wide range of promotion and applications in clinical treatment.关键词
