经皮伤椎椎弓根置钉单节段固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous injury vertebral pedicle nailing single segmental fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:28 cases with thoracolumbar fracture were given percutaneous injury vertebral pedicle nailing single segmental fixation to restore vertebral body height and thoracolumbar sequence.Through preoperative, postoperative 2 weeks and 8 months of X-ray,the anterior height ratio of injured vertebral vertebral body and Cobbs angle were measured.We understanded postoperative fracture reduction,the internal fixation with or without fail and restoration loss situation during follow-up period.Results:Postoperative follow-up of 7 months to 2 years,the fractures of patients all achieved clinically osseous healing.Postoperative 2 weeks,the anterior height ratio of injured vertebral vertebral body and Cobbs angle were compared with preoperative.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative 8 months was compared with postoperative 2 weeks,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous injury vertebral pedicle nailing single segmental fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture is an effective operation method.关键词
