硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods:120 cases with vaginitis were studied.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each according to the randomized controlled principle.The control group were given macmiror complex vaginal suppository.The observation group were given nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules,medicated vaginal suppository,one grain one night, continuous administration for 6 days.We observed that whether the vulvar itching,pain,scorching hot and other symptoms of two groups had improved,whether the vaginal secretion returned to normal,whether the vagina had congestion and hemorrhagic spot.In the gynecologic examination,microscopic examination of the vaginal secretions were negative or positive;the causative agents were negative or positive.The adverse reactions were observed.Results:After 6 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33% .The total effective rate of the control group was 91.67% .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment and the review after the medication,there was no adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion:Nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vaginitis has significant clinical efficacy and better safety. It is worthy of clinical widely used.关键词
