摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of application magnesium sulfate combined with montelukast therapy on children bronchial asthma.Methods:142 children with bronchial asthma were selected from February 2011 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 71 cases in each.The control group received the treatment of magnesium sulfate.The study group were given magnesium sulfate combined with montelukast.We recorded and analyzed the relevant circumstances of two groups.Results:The common clinical manifestations of dry cough,allergic rhinitis,difficulty in breathing,heart failure and puffy face of the study group improved better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness,vomiting,constipation and diarrhea and rash adverse reaction had no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with montelukast treated on children bronchial asthma can acheive more significant clinical efficacy,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
