中药熏洗治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect observation of herbal fumigation in the treatment of chronic knee joint synovitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of herbal fumigation in the treatment of chronic knee joint synovitis. Methods:85 cases with chronic knee joint synovitis were selected from August 2010 to August 2012.They were given the herbal fumigation treatment,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical curative effcets before and after the treatment were evaluated by KSS knee score method.Results:85 cases were clinical follow-up.The time was discharged after 1~12 months,and the average time was 9 months.The KSS score was (54.21±10.23) score before treatment.It rised to (87.36± 12.47) score.The clinical effects of all cases were satisfied.Conclusion:The herbal fumigation in the treatment of chronic knee joint synovitis has unique advantages,such as simple,convenient,efficient,cheap.It has no adverse reaction.It adapts to the wide crowd.It is worth of the clinical advantage selection.关键词
