CT诊断急性阑尾炎的临床意义
Clinical significance of CT in diagnosis of acute appendicitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of CT examination in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods:14 cases with clinically suspected appendicitis patients with preoperative CT control postoperative pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results:This group of 14 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology, including 8 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis,2 cases of gangrene appendicitis with perforation, 4 cases of the acute simple appendicitis.In 8 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis, only 2 cases of CT display was not clear, and the CT diagnostic rate 75%.2 cases of CT examination were abnormal appendix gangrene with perforation.4 cases of simple appendicitis CT examination showed enlargement of 2 cases of appendix, and CT diagnostic rate was 50%.Conclusion:CT can show the appendix itself,the changes of surrounding tissue and complications. It can significantly improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis of acute appendicitis.关键词
