胆囊息肉样病变的超声诊断分析
Analysis of ultrasonic diagnosis of gallbladder polypoid lesion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value and significance of ultrasonic diagnosis in gallbladder polypoid lesion.Methods:64 cases with gallbladder polypoid lesion were selected from February 2009 to December 2013.The clinical data and image data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 64 cases of gallbladder polypoid lesion,73.4%(47/64) was cholesterol polyp;6.25%(4/64) was inflammatory polyp;4.69%(3/64) was gland muscle hyperplasia;15.6%(10/64) was adenoma.Conclusion:According to polyp size and number,ultrasonic diagnosis has the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder polyp.It guides the clinical operation excision and follow-up observation.关键词
