Abstract
Objective:To comparatively analyze the difference and correlation between hemoglobin,hematocrit level in arterial blood gas analysis and emergency blood routine examination.Methods:115 cases with arterial blood gas analysis and emergency blood routine examination were selected from 1 January 2013 to 1 November 2013.The hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit value of two methods of inspection were comparatively analyzed.Results:The hemoglobin concentration of arterial blood gas analysis was significantly higher than that of the emergency blood routine examination.The paired difference score of two was (9.26±17.21),t=5.77,P=0.00,and the difference had significance.The hematocrit value was significantly higher than that of the emergency blood routine examination.The paired difference score of two was (2.27±4.89),t=5.01,P=0.00,and the difference had significance.The correlation coefficient of hemoglobin concentration in arterial blood gas analysis and emergency blood routine examination was 0.78,P=0.00,and there was a significant positive correlation.The correlation coefficient of hematocrit value was 0.77,P=0.00,and there was a significant positive correlation.Conclusion:In clinical practice,the above situation were took into account,and the above results were rationally analyzed.In emergency,the hemoglobin and hematocrit level in arterial blood gas analysis can be used as a reference.It still need further blood routine examination for getting more accurate hemoglobin and hematocrit level.关键词
