Abstract
Objective:To investigate the psychological nursing and health education of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods:60 cases with acute myocardial infarction were selected from May 2013 to May 2014.They were randomLy divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group received the routine nursing care,and the experimental group received psychological care and health education on the basis of the control group.Results:The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the excellent and good rate of health education knowledge was higher than that of the control group;nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group;the incidence of adverse reaction was less than that of the control group.There was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of psychological care and health education on patients with acute myocardial infarction is conducive to improve the psychological status of the patients,and improve the patient's cognitive,so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
