埃索美拉唑和奥美拉唑用于胃溃疡治疗临床疗效对比研究
Clinical comparative study on esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer
摘要
Abstract
To explore and analyze the clinical effect of esomeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer disease.Methods:175 gastric ulcer patients with helicobacter pylori positive were selected from March 2008 to February 2010.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomLy divided into the esomeprazole group with 86 cases and the omeprazole group with 89 cases under their own will.The esomeprazole group and the omeprazole group were respectively treated with esomeprazole and omeprazole on the basis of the application of clarithromycin and amoxicillin.Results:The clinical efficacy of the omeprazole group was significantly lower than that of the esomeprazole group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total effective rate of esomeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer is ideal.It has less adverse reactions.It is the safe and useful preferred drug for treatment.关键词
